To ensure their safe arrival, we carefully pack and ship all of our live specimens according to industry standards. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or mishandling that may occur during transport by airlines or other shipping carriers.

To be eligible for our live arrival guarantee, customers must accept delivery of the package and unpack all live specimens within 4 hours of shipment arrival. The customer must provide clear and detailed photographs of any DOAs (Dead on Arrival) immediately upon unpacking, as well as a photo of the shipping label.

We will not offer cash refunds for any DOAs. Instead, we offer credits towards the customer's next purchase of equal or lesser value. We do not offer credits for shipping charges.

In the unlikely event of DOAs, the customer must notify us within 4 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the DOAs. We reserve the right to request additional information or photos to help us determine the cause of the issue and the best course of action.

Our live arrival guarantee covers our own handling and packing errors. We will replace or refund any animals that arrive dead or in poor health due to our own mishandling or packing errors. However, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages caused by mishandling or accidents that occur during transportation.
